Classic Cocktail of the Week:
The Sidecar

Thought I love going out for happy hour, there is also a great pleasure in making cocktails at home for guests, provided your friends aren't big moochers. Unless you have a big group over, and/or friends who are raging alcoholics, it can be a nice, affordable alternative to going out, especially if it's no longer Happy Hour. It's okay to have friends who are raging alcoholics, of course, but I'd advise against having too many over at once - besides the expense, it can be stressful for one's pets and one's furniture.
